  • We do not accept returns or refunds simply because you have changed your mind or are no longer interested in the product.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Poppyfuwa is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, misdirected or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the responsibility of the carrier. Poppyfuwa cannot guarantee the delivery time or condition of the parcel during transit.
  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive your parcel where applicable.
  • If a parcel is returned to Poppyfuwa due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
